Description: This presentation covering materials, construction and advantages, will introduce you to the basics of cob ovens. We'll discuss environmental benefits and how cob ovens can be used to create delicious home-cooked meals. We'll also provide tips for maintaining and using your cob oven once it's built.

Recipes suited to cooking in a cob oven will be demonstrated so you’ll get a taste of the unique flavors that can be achieved. Take away the basic knowledge you need to build and use your own cob oven, and enjoy a fresh pizza made to order, available for $12 each (optional, not event cost). This is a hands on presentation, so be prepared to get a little dirty, and if you have children, bring them! Please text your pizza order to Tracy, at 435-689-0745, day of the event.
