Tribal Ethnobotany Walk

Join Kaibab Paiute Tribal elder Glendora Homer and a staff member from the tribal Cultural Preservation office for a guided walk. They will share some of their tribal ethnobotany knowledge of how native plants are used for food, medicine, and other purposes. Pre-registration required; limited to 15 people.

Location: Meet on the back patio of the Pipe Spring National Monument and Kaibab Band of Paiutes Joint Visitor Center and Museum. Pipe Spring National Monument is located 14 miles west of Fredonia, AZ, on Hwy 389. Turn right at Kaibab Paiute Tu-ee Mart Gas Station. Follow this road approx. ½ mile north, to the Monument Visitor Center and Museum.
