Description: (UPDATE- the bird "walk" is a bird "watch" at a stationary location at Jackson Flat Reservoir. You may choose to walk the lake.)

Join a couple of experienced birding enthusiasts at Jackson Flat Reservoir, to spot and identify the different species of beautiful birds that pause in Kanab on their migrations through southern Utah. A scope will be available for use! In past years we’ve seen stilts, avocets, herons, swallows, pelicans, gulls, blackbirds, cormorants, geese, ducks and warblers. Let’s find your favorite! Dogs on leash are welcome. Bring a snack, hat, sunscreen and your own binoculars.

Location: **UPDATE** Drive PAST the first turn for the boat ramp and around the Kane County Water Conservancy building, then take the second left onto Reservoir Road and park in the dirt lot on the left.
