Using Hatha Yoga postures, partner postures, and pranayama or breathing exercises, while always practicing “Ahimsa” or non-violence to our own bodies, we’ll center around finding balance in our bodies and in our lives, and learning ways to be more connected to ourselves, our partners, and the world around us.
A second session is scheduled for Friday, May 9. In the second class feel free to bring a partner as we will have several partner poses.
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. Blocks are welcome but not necessary. Be prepared to modify postures at any time, to fit your own individual physical and emotional needs. Intense flexibility is not required. I look forward to making and re-establishing connections with some of my favorite earth centered people. Namaste!
