Presented By: Amazing Earthfest

Documentary Film: THE SEQUEL
Time: Monday, May 13, 7:00 PM (61 minutes)
Topic: Voluntary Simplicity
What Will Follow Our Troubled Civilization? Opening with a powerful ‘deep time’ perspective, from the beginning of the Earth to our present moment, this film recognizes the fundamental un-sustainability of today’s consumer society and dares to ask the big question: What will follow? Drawing on the inspirational work of David Fleming, grandfather of the global Transition Towns movement, The Sequel daringly re-imagines a thriving, resilient civilization after the collapse of our current economies, a work of rare depth that is rekindling optimism in the creativity and intelligence of humans to nurse our communities and ecology back to health.
