Learn the simple practices of breathing, postures and mindfulness that work for everyone willing to give them a try. Guided by a certified Shambhava Yoga instructor, stretch into a few poses, breathe deeply and smile. Extra mats available or bring your own.

Wear comfortable clothing and enjoy basic postures including sun salutation, stretch, inversion, warrior poses and others. Practice ends with silent meditation. Namaste!
